The family bathroom has an electric shower, WC and WHB. The open plan Kitchen / Dining / Living area is bright and welcoming and flows out onto the patio where you can enjoy the best views in the house. The sunken sitting room adds some luxurious comfort while overlooking the sea.
The kitchen is well equipped with double oven, large fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc The utility room has a washer and dryer as well as fridge, freezer and microwave. There is a second lounge area with large L-shaped couch and TV with DVD player. This property is not suitable for small children and does not accept pets. Availability
