Rent 3 bedroom house in Galway

Single room with study desk available for male student. There are two other male students in the house. The house is in a quiet, safe estate, less than 25 minute walk from the  university and close to town and Salthill. 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom comprise the full upstairs floor, for exclusive use by the students. The kitchen and living area is generally for exclusive use by the students. Wifi and all utilities included.    Bed linen and towels are provided and laundered. Bed linen is changed every second week and towels are changed weekly.   There is a friendly dog in the house. Enclosed back garden.
