Cottage, 2 bedrooms available within 3rd Oct Thursday). Awaiting news clothes dryer & new oven within 2 weeks time. I apologise regarding this matter. Havd enclosed clothes line in shed & radiators, but new clothes dryer & oven  arriving as it is essential.  Bed, locker desk, chair & wardrobe in each bedroom. Looking for 2 male mature students from Indian background. Must cook own food & avail of cottage  with owner occupancy. 400 euros each per calendar month excluding electric & heat bills. 400 euros each deposit. Must be honest tidy clean for studying & relaxation purposes only. Cottage heated with heating oil and costs 170 euros every 6 weeks. Electric bill will be divided by two students and owner of cottage. Use of private garden a quiet setting.
