Rent a room in Ard Esker

Lovely large and bright attic room to rent. Clean carpet/Comfortable mattress. Would suit a mature/post-grad student. Looking for a non-smoker, and it's essential to be considerate and move quietly at night time. The house is a house-shoe house. We do have a cat. Rent quoted includes all bills. Wifi connection is fast. mod cons (washing machine, dish washer, induction hob). No TV. If you like kids (my son is ten years old) and music (I teach some afternoons weekdays at the house), it would help! Also, it is a cousy house, but sometimes there can be periods of clutter - so a tolerance thereof will be helpful - but also a willlingness to keep common areas clean and to tidy up after yourselve. Please ask if you have any questions.    Great connection into Galway by train (15min journey). The train station is about 7 min walk. There is also the buslink, leaves less than five minutes walk, late night at weekends. The Dublin Galway Motorway is three minutes drive away.    A little extra note: The bathroom will be shared with another house guest and occasionally ourselves. It is essential that you are willing to shower with the bathroom window open (all year around), in order to avoid mould problems developing ... we do the same. Thank you!
