Viewing from 19th May as room is currently rented.  Rent is 150 euro per week with all bills included such as electric, gas heating, waste collection and broadband. Deposit is 2 weeks rent 300euro. The student has full access to the kitchen/cooking facilities.
Very good reliable bus service and local shops nearby. Very close to city centre. To get to University: 15 /20 min walk or 10 min by bicycle. >
