Rent a room in Galway

Very large house composed of 9 bedrooms (single, twin and double) on 3 levels, 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.  The house is a stone's throw from both University Galway and UHG, and it is within easy reach of Salthill and the city centre. The building, surrounded by the garden (and car parking spaces) is spread over three levels. All rooms are equipped with beds, wardrobes, desks and accessories.  We have the last double room available in January 2025 and we are happy to offer a viewing:    RM9: Kitchens: video: video:     Rent is charged every 4 weeks A minimum stay is 4 weeks, and the maximum stay is 6 months (or a longer fixed term for academic students) The minimum check-out notice is 4 weeks The standard booking fee is 250 euro per person (***)  REDUCED TO 150 euro pp if you book by the end of January A security deposit of €500 per person is required Check-in is permitted if payment of the security deposit is completed by the move-in date.    Our general T&Cs can be found here:
