Rent a room in Galway

The house is overlooking the River Corrib and is situated alongside the playing fields of U.G. The house is a ten minute cycle to the first bio medical science building and the Lifecourse Institute beside corrib village. It's a thirty minute walk to the Arts building from our house and a ten minute walk to the 404 bus. The bedrooms comprise of a double bed, desk and chest of drawers in both bedrooms and they are connected by an ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe with a lock on each side. Might suit two friends in separate rooms or two in each room. Full use of the kitchen and dining area with own fridge and press space provided. All utilities included such as WiFi, electricity, bins, heating etc. Food not included. Use of private front garden parking.
