The shared bathroom has a power shower. The rent includes Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, and bins. There is onsite parking and a shed for a bike. The house is owner-occupied by a remote worker. The house is about a five-minute drive to the Prom, a 10-minute drive to NUIG and University Hospital Galway, and a 15-minute drive to ATU.
