We live 5-7 minutes drive from NUI Campus. We're in the country beside knocknacarra. The bus stop is about 15 minutes walk from our house. We built our new home last year and have a spare room to rent. We live beside our families horse riding school and would be accessible if someone is interested in horses. Our room would be available from Sunday night to Friday morning. We have a busy house with three little kids who are at school or at home most of the time. Our au pair also stays with us. Kitchen access would be available. We would require someone to be clean/tidy in our new home.
