Rent a room in Galway

Fantastic House composed of 6 large and bright bedrooms (Single, twin and double) on 2 levels.  The house is a stone's throw from both University Galway and UHG, within easy reach of both Salthill and the city centre. The building, surrounded by a large garden (and car parking spaces) and characterized by a very elegant architectural style, is spread over two levels and all the common areas (kitchen, sitting room and living room) are very large, comfortable and bright. The occupants 3 toilet services.  All rooms are equipped with beds, wardrobes, desks and accessories.  A brochure of the property is available here:   ALL INCLUSIVE - TWIN/DOUBLE ROOM - The weekly fee is 400 euro (*) (**) reduced to 350 euro/week for the first 4 weeks if you book by the end of January A minimum stay is 4 weeks and the maximum stay is 6 months (or a longer fixed term for academic students) The minimum check-out notice is 4 two weeks The standard booking fee is 250 euro per person (***)   (a special discount will be applied if you book by the end of January) A security deposit of €500 per person is required Check-in is permitted if payment of the security deposit is completed by the move-in date.    (*) All the bills are included in the weekly rate. However, the energy costs are monitored every month. Any unreasonable excess of electricity usage will be spread among the occupants and added to the rental.  (**) A twin or double room must be booked in full from an individual or two friends together  – we do not sell individual spaces within the room. Both the occupants are reliable for the whole weekly rate  (***) The booking fee is paid every six months of stay in case of a renewal agreement. This fee includes administration, assistance and maintenance costs, and your RTB registration.
